what is a cardio? a cardio is an organ. it is the heart of your body. Its the organ that keeps you alive . It has not stop working since you were born. It is a very important body intrument of a body. All you gotta do to keep it alive is eat healther and exercise everyday. What to do to keep a cardio active? keeping a HEART HEALTHY IS VERY IMPORTANT AND KEEPING IT ACTIVE IS VERY IMPORTANT. mAKING YOUR HEART BEAT ALOT AFTER A WORKOUT IS LIKE ADDING MORE LIFE SO YOU CAN LIVE LONGER. oNE GOOD SPORT FOR A CARDIO WORKOUT IS BASKETBALL. nOT JUST SHOOTING, BUT AND INTENSE GAME. WERE YOU PLAY FULL COURT AND RUN AND BOUNCE THE BALL.. aNOTHER GOOD WORKOUT WOULD BE A GOOD RUNNING IN THE MORNING AFTERNOON A 20 MINUTES WITHOUT STOPPING OR JOGGING TOO. aNOTHER GREAT SPORT FOR A WORKOUT IS PLAYING SOCCER. pLAYING FOR FORWARD OF MIDDLE. ALSO A LITTLE MORE BOOST BY RUNNING WITH THE BALL ON YOUR FEET AND RUNNING AND KEEPING BALANCE. hOW I AM GONNA IMPROVE TO STAY HEALTHER? wELL PRETTY MUCH AT SCHOOL FOR PE CLASS WE DON''t REALLY DO MUCH WORKOUT. the only time we workouted was on when we had the state physical test. But after that we only play basketball and only people who volunteered. But how i improved was i joined soccer and boxing. very good two intense workout. sweating like im gonna flood a whole town. Also for summer vacation is go to a park and run for 30mins-1 hour without stopping and keep going to my soccer games and keep doing my summer workout to have a perfect summer body.
